About Me
I completed my Masters of Counselling at Monash University (Australia). I also have a Bsc (Hons) in Business Management from King's College London and a Masters of Creative Writing from the University of Melbourne. As the the Director of Clinical Services at The Mind Faculty, I have more than 5 years of experience within the mental health industry and I have written journals about mental health which have been published by National University Singapore.
My Philosophy​

My focus is helping my clients to understand themselves in the context of their life experiences. Using an eclectic approach, I combine cognitive and somatic based therapies to help my clients process their experiences and work towards their goals. My areas of interest are trauma and emotional regulation. I have helped many clients to manage and overcome depression, anxiety, phobias and trauma. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them build the life that is true to their authentic selves.
